What We Did
Localized Chinese Website - In addition to procuring an ICP license and establishing a .cn domain, we also completely designed their website and translated all English-language content they wanted us to include.
SEO - We composed blog posts on Baidu Jingyan (a popular blog platform), Baidu Tieba (a major BBS), Douban, and Tianya (two popular online forums). We also published articles on mainstream media platforms such as Baidu Zhidao (the Chinese equivalent of Reddit), featuring two keywords chosen for mobile search optimization. Their website now appears on the first page when searching for “Lake Ridge Academy” in Chinese.
WeChat Official Account - We managed content for their WeChat official account, including content translation and editing. We also posted this content on a regular schedule.
Localized WeChat Account - We set up and registered an official account on their behalf. We also designed, translated, and posted content on their account every month.
Users will find the official account that we set up when they search for “Lake Ridge Academy” on WeChat. When they follow the account, they will receive an automatic response that we composed and be able to make use of the menu bar at the bottom of the screen as a navigator. By clicking the icon in the top-right corner, users can access a list of the articles that we have posted.
When users search “雷克瑞奇中学", the Chinese official website that we set up will appear as the third result on the first page. The other articles that we posted will appear on the first few pages of results as well.
